This annual event is organized by Tom’s friends, fellow officers, and volunteers from within our community as a tribute to his work as a police officer, as well as a respected member of our community.

All proceeds from this event are placed in the Thomas M. Lindsey Memorial Foundation, a 501(c)(3) not for profit charity, which continues to benefit charitable causes which were of interest to Tom. Tom loved kids, and was always a great advocate for children, so these funds have helped to start some exciting programs in our community, such as Shop with a Cop for underprivileged children, a School Backpack Giveaway, and numerous youth organizations.

As of last year, we were also able to provide training, free of charge, to local law enforcement officers. This instruction specifically dealt with street survival and provided invaluable information and techniques for officers to use while on patrol to ensure that they come home safely.
